Brent Minkel, 56, of Cologne, passed away Tuesday, March 19, at his home in Cologne.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, March 28, noon, at All Saints Lutheran Church in Norwood Young America.
A gathering of family and friends will be Thursday, March 28, 10 a.m. to noon, two hours prior to the service at the church.
