Brownton woman injured in accident
Donna Bowlin Will, 57, of Brownton, was taken by ambulance to Hutchinson Health Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after a two-vehicle accident on Highway 15 northwest of Brownton Monday.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, Will was southbound on Highway 15 near County Road 26 in a 2009 Lincoln MKX at about 5:15 p.m. Thomas John Anderson, 35, of Winthrop, was also southbound, driving a 2005 GMC Yukon, when the vehicles collided near the intersection.
Neither Anderson nor his son, 3-year-old Treyton Noah Anderson, were injured. Both Will and Thomas Anderson were wearing seat belts, and Treyton Anderson was in a child safety seat. Alcohol was not a factor in the crash, according to the state patrol.
Assisting at the accident were Brownton Fire and Rescue, the McLeod County Sheriff’s Office and Allina Ambulance.
