TO WHOM IT MAY IT CONCERN:
The above vehicle is presently in the possession of the Brownton Police Department. Attempts to locate the owner have been unsuccessful and the vehicle has deemed to be abandoned under Minnesota State Statute 345.75. Your failure to claim the vehicle, personal property, and pay towing and incurred storage fees within 30 days of this notice is a waiver of your rights, title and interest and is considered a consent to sell the vehicle at public sale and dispose of the contents.
