PLEASE TAKE NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a hearing will be held before the City Council on the 8th day of April, 2019 in the Plato Fire Hall located at 112 2nd Avenue NE at 7 p.m. to consider a proposed vacation of that portion of 1st Avenue SW lying North of 3rd Street SW, also known as 2nd Avenue SW lying north of 3rd Street SW, City of Plato, County of McLeod, state of Minnesota.
AND
To consider a proposed vacation of the portion of 3rd Street SW which lies westerly of the intersection of 3rd Street SW and 1st Avenue SW, City of Plato, County of McLeod, State of Minnesota. Full legal description may be obtained from the City Office.
