ORDINANCE NO. 91
SUMMARY
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE 81 AND
AMENDING ORDINANCE 82 TO INCLUDE PLUMBING PLAN REVIEW
The City Council of the City of Plato ordains:
Ordinance 81 is hereby repealed.
Ordinance 82 is hereby amended as follows:
Section 01 of the Municipal Code of Plato, Application, administration and enforcement.
(a)The application, administration and enforcement of the building code shall be in accordance with Minnesota Rule, Chapter 1300. The building code shall be enforced within the extraterritorial limits permitted by Minnesota Statutes 326B.121, Subd 2(D) when so established by ordinance.
(b)The code shall be enforced by Minnesota Certified Building Official designated by the city to administer the code pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 326B.133 including plumbing plan review.

This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon publication.
Adopted by the City Council this 13th day of November, 2017.
