RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AN
ORDINANCE 120 – REV 0 – FEE SCHEDULE REVISION
WHEREAS, this revision is for the elimination of the Vac Trailer and Vac Trailer w/operator from the Fee Schedule because we no longer own this unit.
WHEREAS, this revision is for an increase in the letter Truck usage and the fee for mowing non-city property
WHEREAS, currently the city charges $100.00 for the jetter usage and $120.00 for jetter w/operator
WHEREAS, the following will be an increase to the Fee Schedule: jetter w/operator will be increased to $175.00 an hour with a minimum of one hour usage charge. The Jetter Truck will only be used by city personnel so there will be only a charge of Jetter w/operator
WHEREAS, currently the city charges $50.00 an hour with a minimum of one hour for mowing non-city property
WHEREAS, the following will be an increase to the Fee Schedule: Mowing non-city property will be increased to $75 an hour with a minimum of one hour
WHEREAS, with this revision to Ordinance 120 – Rev. 0 the number sequence for the Fee Schedule will become Ordinance 120 – Rev P
BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the City of Stewart, County of McLeod, Minnesota, has approved a Fee Schedule revision and the updating of the number sequence to Ordinance 120 – Rev. P

The City Council of the City of Stewart hereby ordains:
Section 1: Section 151.025 RV Motor Home/Tiny House Park District of the Stewart Municipal Code shall have a number change of Chapter XV, Land Usage, as follows:

Section 2: When Ordinance No. 161 was adopted the number sequence was entered incorrectly. Ordinance No. 161 identified the RV Motor Home/Tiny House Park District as number 151.025, and the ordinance number should have been 151.029 which is at the end of the series.
Section 3: This Ordnance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and publication.
