A Gaylord motorcyclist died in a three-vehicle accident in Gaylord on Tuesday, Aug. 15. Brian Reynold Severin, 59, of Gaylord, was pronounced dead at the scene. The accident was reported at 10:34 a.m.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, Anna Mae Eisenbraun, 31, of Gaylord, was westbound on Highway 19 in a 2014 Toyota Camry and had slowed to turn left onto Third Street SE when her vehicle was rear-ended by a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Curtis Marc Petzel, 58, of Arlington. The impact spun the Toyota around and into the eastbound lanes of Highway 19, where it struck an eastbound 2016 Harley Davidson motorcycle driven by Severin.
