Glencoe barber wants to go back to work soon
Sitting in a barber’s chair, Dave Exsted was concerned about the impact the coronavirus would have on his business in downtown Glencoe. His worry isn’t getting any easier to take.
Exsted owns the Stylists for Men and Women on East 10th Street. He is one of the many businesspeople in the state who doesn’t have the luxury of being deemed essential under Gov. Tim Walz’s executive order that people should stay at home to help prevent the COVID-19 virus from spreading. He understands the rationale of the governor’s order and won’t argue with it. It’s the impact of the order he’s worried about.
Being self-employed, he’s got bills to pay.
