GSL gymnasts off to solid start
Despite an opening-match setback against St. Peter, the Glencoe-Silver Lake High School gymnastics team is working on a steadily improvement.
“I have been very impressed on the team's perseverance. To have three meets in one week, this is very tiring on the girl's bodies,” said GSL coach Kim Hahn. She said the team’s scoring is ahead of schedule. “But they have pushed through and got a win and great placements not only individually on Thursday with Annandale but as teams in Saturday's invite. Not only that, their form in all their routines on Saturday particularly was so clean and crisp. And their scores reflected that.”
