GSL parking lot project – School board will host public hearing Monday

Residents with opinions on whether the Glencoe-Silver Lake School Board should, or should not, issue tax-abatement bonds to pay for a proposed improvement project have a chance to be heard during a public hearing Monday, April 15.
The school board is hosting a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. in the GSL School District’s Community Room, No. 443-444. The meeting will precede the board meeting at 7 p.m.
“People should participate in this process because it is the perfect opportunity to have everything explained and also have any questions they may have, answered,” said Director Kevin Kuester. “Having an informed public is necessary to keeping a good working relationship alive.”
