Historic Enterprise Building will have a new story to tell in Glencoe

The Enterprise Building has been standing tall at the corner of Glencoe’s East 11 Street and North Ives Avenue since its construction in the late 19th Century.
It has housed many different businesses and people over the years and will continue doing that with its new owner, Steven Krueger of White Bear Lake.
Krueger bought the building in August of 2018 for $60,000 and has been renovating it since. He has big plans for it and hopes to keep it as a symbol of the community.
“Even though I’m not from this hometown, everybody has their own hometown, right?” Krueger asked. “I want to be known as a person that gives back to his community, and hopefully we can find ways of doing this.”
