LEGAL NOTICE
Zereana Krueger biological mother of S.M.P. and S.S.P., please take notice that a petition has been filed with the McLeod County District Court seeking to terminate your parental rights to the minor children, S.M.P., date of birth August 14, 2006 and S.S. P., date of birth November 3, 2008.
A Court Trial has been scheduled for September 27, 2018, October 1, 2018, and October 4, 2018, beginning at 8:30 each day at the McLeod County Courthouse at 830 East 11th Street, Glencoe, MN. Your presence is required. If you fail to appear at the McLeod County District for the beginning of trial on September 27. 2018 at 8:30 a.m., your parental rights will be involuntarily terminated by default. You may obtain a copy of all of the court paperwork on this case from the McLeod County Court Administrator’s Office.
