LEGAL NOTICE

Joshua Imholtz, biological father of C.J.I., please take notice that a termination of parental rights petition has been filed with the McLeod County District Court seeking to terminate your parental rights to the minor child, C.J.I., date of birth August 24, 2006.

A Default Termination of Parental Rights Hearing has been scheduled on October 20, 2020, at 10:30 a.m. at the McLeod County Courthouse at 830 East 11th Street, Glencoe, MN. Your presence is required. If you fail to appear at the McLeod County District Court on October 20, 2020 at 10:30 a.m., your parental rights to C.J.I. will be involuntarily terminated by default. You may obtain a copy of all of the court paperwork on this case from the McLeod County Court Administrator’s Office.
