LEGAL NOTICE

Berdis Taylor: Please take notice that an amended child protection permanency petition has been filed with the McLeod County District Court seeking to transfer permanent legal and physical custody of your child, E.N.V., date of birth November 10, 2005. The proposed recipient of the transfer of custody has been changed to E.N.V.'s step-father in the amended permanency petition.
A Court Trial has been scheduled on December 20, 2021, at 8:30 a.m. at the McLeod County Courthouse at 830 East 11th Street, Glencoe, MN. Your presence is required. If you fail to attend the Court Trial on December 20, 2021, at 8:30 a.m., the Court will transfer permanent legal and physical custody of your child, E.N.V., by default, without your appearance and input. You may obtain a copy of the amended petition, and any Order issued from the Court, from McLeod County Court Administration.
