Michel Marie Cody: Please take notice that a child protection petition has been filed with the McLeod County District Court seeking to adjudicate your children, M.J.C., date of birth 5/22/2007, C.R.C., date of birth 11/27/2008, and G.R.E.C., date of birth 9/16/2013, as in need of protection or services. An Admit/Deny hearing has been scheduled on May 19, 2020, at 9:30 a.m. at the McLeod County Courthouse at 830 East 11th Street, Glencoe, MN. Your presence is required. If you fail to attend the hearing on May 19, 2020, at 9:30 a.m., the Court will adjudicate M.J.C., C.R.C., and G.R.E.C. as in need of protection or services by default, without your appearance and input. You may obtain a copy of the petition, and any Order issued from the Court, from McLeod County Court Administration.
