NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

In the Matter of the Petition for Removal of Property from Joint Ditch 08 McS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the McLeod Sibley Drainage Authority, sitting as the drainage authority for Joint Ditch 08 McS, pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 103E.805, subd. 3, shall hold a public hearing on the Petition of Larry Litzau to remove benefited acres from Joint Ditch 08 McS. The following properties have been petitioned for removal from the benefited area of Joint Ditch 08 McS:

The hearing shall be held on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at the Martin McLeod Board Room, McLeod County Government Center, 520 Chandler Avenue North, Glencoe, Minnesota.
All interested parties may appear and provide comment. Written comments will be accepted at the hearing and by mail up to the date of the hearing at the office of the McLeod County Auditor-Treasurer, 520 Chandler Avenue North, Glencoe, Minnesota 55336.
