NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In the matter of the Petition for Outlet on County Ditch 63
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the McLeod County Board of Commissioners, sitting as the drainage authority for County Ditch 63, pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 103E.401 shall hold a public hearing on a Petition for Outlet on County Ditch 63 from MRRR, LLC. The hearing shall be held on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. at the Martin McLeod Board Room, McLeod County Gov’t Center, 520 Chandler Avenue N, Glencoe, Minnesota. All interested parties may appear and provide comment. Written comments will be accepted at the hearing and by mail up to the date of the hearing at the office of the McLeod County Auditor-Treasurer, 520 Chandler Avenue N, Glencoe, Minnesota 55336.
