NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
County Ditch 63
Repair Report
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Board of Commissioners, sitting as the drainage authority for County Ditch 63, pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 103E.705, subd. 3, shall hold a public hearing on the engineer’s repair report of the drainage system in accordance with Minn. Stat. ch. 103E. The hearing shall be held on Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at the McLeod County Government Center, Martin McLeod Board Room, 520 Chandler Avenue N, Glencoe, Minnesota. Copies of the report are filed in the office of the McLeod County Auditor-Treasurer.
All interested parties may appear and provide comment. Written comments will be accepted at the hearing and by mail up to the date of the hearing at the office of the McLeod County Auditor-Treasurer, 520 Chandler Avenue N, Glencoe, Minnesota 55336.
