PUBLIC HEARING

YOU ARE HEREBY notified that the regular meeting of the McLeod County Planning Commission has been scheduled on Wednesday the 27th day of June 2018 at 9:30 a.m. at McLeod County Solid Waste Facility, Large Conference Room located at 1065 5th Ave SE, Hutchinson, Minnesota 55350.
THE PURPOSE OF SAID MEETING is to consider the following applications located in the County of McLeod and filed with the County Zoning Administrator. All requests are subject to modification during the hearing process. Complete legal descriptions are on file in the Zoning Office.
1) CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 18-08 requested by Laura Tradewell for a 2nd Home Dwelling of a mobile home for a family member needing special care, and to be located within 5.43 AC S 356’ of N 1660’ of W 664’ of W ½ NE ¼, Sec. 18 in Township 117-029 (Hutchinson).
2) CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 18-09 requested by Michael Jensen to construct a detached accessory structure which will exceed a total area of 2,000 sq. ft. within the front yard area and to be located within Lot-2, Block-2 of The Woodlands Subdivision of the “R-1” Residential District of Sec 35 in Township 117-029 (Hutchinson).
3) CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS 18-10 & 18-11 by Novel Martin Solar One, LLC for Essential Services of two (2) 1-Megawatt Community Solar Gardens on property owned by Cecil Martin and to be located within 20.00 AC E ½ NW ¼ NW 1/4, of Sec 36 in Township 117-027 (Winsted).
4) CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 18-12 requested by Anthony & Amy Wagner to Amend Conditional Use Permit 07-11 to extend the hours of operation of a commercial outdoor activity and recreation area within the Agricultural District and to also request to permit for over-night camping and to be located within 12.5 AC SE ¼ SW ¼ EX Road (TH#22) of Sec 31 in Township 116-028 (Rich Valley.)
THESE HEARINGS will be held by the McLeod County Planning Commission at which time you may appear if you desire, either in person or by agent or attorney, in opposition to or support of the proposed application. Thereafter, the McLeod County Planning Commission shall forward its recommendations to the County Board of Commissioners. If you desire to provide comments or objections to the recommendations of the Planning Commission, you may take your request to the County Board which has the final authority to act on the findings of the Planning Commission.
