NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

YOU ARE HEREBY notified that the regular meeting of the McLeod County Planning Commission has been scheduled on Wednesday, the 27rd day of February 2019 at 9:30 A.M. at the McLeod County Environmental Services Facility in the Large Conference Room, located at 1065 5th Ave SE, Hutchinson, Minnesota 55350.
THE PURPOSE OF THE SAID MEETING is to consider the following applications located in the County of McLeod and filed with the County Zoning Administrator. All requests are subject to modification during the hearing process.
1) A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT application request by Wm. Mueller & Sons Inc. for the continuation of mining, crushing and stockpiling of gravel within an existing gravel pit on property owned by Emmert Dose.
THE PREMISES UPON WHICH said conditional use permit is to be located is described as follows: Approx. 10 acres in the E ½ NW ¼, of Sec. 12, Twp. 116-27 (Bergen).
2) A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT request by Wm. Mueller & Sons Inc. for the continuation of gravel mining, crushing, stockpiling and recycling in an existing gravel pit on property owned by West Hillside Inc., Larry Phillips.
THE PREMISES UPON WHICH said conditional use permit is to be located is described as follows: Approx. 10 acres of the SW ¼ NE ¼ & & N ½ NE ¼ EX 2.05 AC, Sec. 27, Twp. 115-28 (Glencoe).
THESE HEARINGS will be held by the McLeod County Planning Commission at which time you may appear if you desire, either in person or by agent or attorney, in opposition to or support of the proposed application. Thereafter, the McLeod County Planning Commission shall forward its recommendations to the County Board of Commissioners. If you desire to provide comments or objections to the Planning Commissions’ recommendations, you may take your request to the County Board which has the final authority to act on the findings of the Planning Commission.
