NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

In the Matter of the Redetermination of Benefits of McLeod County Ditches 08, 10, 35, 36 and 37.
WHEREAS, the County Drainage Authority for McLeod County Ditches 08, 10, 35, 36 and 37, has determined that the existing benefits of said County Ditches do not reflect current land values, and/or there are properties benefiting from said ditches that are not assessed, and;
WHEREAS, the viewers appointed to redetermine the benefits and damages for McLeod County Ditches 08, 10, 35, 36 and 37 have filed the Viewers Report for the Redetermination of Benefits with the County Auditor,
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the Drainage Authority will hear public comment on the acceptance of the redetermination of benefits in the McLeod County Government Center, Martin McLeod Board Room, 520 Chandler Avenue
North, Glencoe, Minnesota on Tuesday, November 9, 2021, CD 08 (and outlets CD 35, Silver Lake Waste Water Treatment and Silver Lake Stormwater), CD 10 (and outlets CD 08 & CD 36), CD 35, CD 36 (and outlet CD 37) and CD 37 at 1:00 p.m.
All persons interested in the redetermination of benefits wanting to be heard should appear at this time. If accepted, the redetermined benefits will replace those now being used, and all
future maintenance expenses will be assessed based upon the redetermined benefits. Dated: October 4, 2021
