NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

YOU ARE HEREBY notified that the
regular meeting of the McLeod County Planning Advisory Commission has been scheduled on Wednesday, the 27 th day of October 2021, 9:30 a.m., at McLeod County Environmental Services, Large Conf Room at 1065 5 th Ave SE, Hutchinson, Minnesota 55350.
THE PURPOSE OF THE SAID MEETING is to consider the following applications located in the County of McLeod and filed with the Director of Environmental Services. All requests are subject to modification during the hearing process.
1. A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
by Jeffrey Ratike to construct an accessory building (28’ X 30’) in the front yard area on property that is less than 3-acres and to be located is to be described as follows: 3.00 AC of SE ¼ NE ¼, Sec-11, Twp- 115, Range-028 (Glencoe).
2. A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
by Donald Artmann to construct an
addition (24’ X 40’) onto an existing
accessory structure which will be
>2400 sq. ft. on a parcel that is <10 acres for personal use only and to be located as follows: ARTMANN
ACRES, Lot-001, Block-001, Sec-34
of Twp-117, Range-027 (Winsted).
3. A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
by Andrew Birkholz to construct an accessory structure greater than 2400 sq. ft. on a parcel that is less than 10-acres for personal and business storage and to be located as follows: 7.97 AC of NW ¼ SW ¼ of Sec-35, Twp-117, Range-027 (Winsted).
4. A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
by Adam Kaping of LandsKaping on
property owned by Julia & Wade
Collins for the purpose of Shoreland
Alteration to grade and fill >10 cubic yards of material in a shore impact zone to create an access to the
lake, (Lake Marion) with a patio area
and to be located as follows: .19- Acres 60’ X 135’ of Gov’t Lot 5, Sec-
12 Twp-115 Range-030 (Collins).
5. A PRELIMINARY PLAT request
by David Broll-Keller Williams Realty on property owned by First Class
Builders (Developer) for a 3-Lot Plat
to be known as “DWB ADDITION” on an existing platted lot in Sec-36,
Twp-116, Range-030 (Lynn).
THESE HEARINGS will be held by
the McLeod County Planning Commission at which time you may appear if you desire, either in person or by agent or attorney, in opposition to or in support of the proposed application. The County Planning Advisory Commission shall forward its recommendations on to the McLeod County Board of Commissioners. If you desire to provide comments or objections to
the County Planning Advisory
Commission’s recommendations, you may take your request to the

County Board which has the final
authority to act on the findings of the
Planning Commission.
