Please take notice that a Petition for Termination of Parental Rights has been filed with the McLeod County District Court seeking to terminate your parental rights of your minor child M.J.M., date of birth, May 4, 2022. A hearing has been scheduled for December 2, 2022 at 8:30 a.m. at the McLeod County Courthouse at 830 11th Street, Glencoe, MN. Your presence is required. If you fail to attend the hearing on December 2, 2022, the Court could grant the petition to terminate your parental rights to M.J.M.by default, without your appearance. You may obtain a copy of the Petition, and any order issued from the Court, from McLeod County Court Administrator’s Office.
