NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In the matter of The Petition for Partial Abandonment of McLeod Renville Joint Ditch 04
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the McLeod Renville Drainage Authority, sitting as the Drainage Authority for Joint Ditch 04 McR, pursuant to Minn. Stat. ยง 103E.806, subd. 3, shall hold a public hearing on the Petition for Partial Abandonment of Sub Branch 4 of Branch 4 of the Joint Ditch 04 Drainage System in accordance with Minn. Stat. ch. 103E. The hearing on said Petition for Partial Abandonment will be held before the Joint Ditch Authority on Monday, January 23, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at the McLeod County Government Center, Martin McLeod Board Room, 520 Chandler Avenue North, Glencoe, Minnesota. All interested parties may appear and provide comment. Written comments will be accepted at the hearing and by mail up to the date of the hearing at the office of the McLeod County Auditor-Treasurer, 520 Chandler Avenue North, Glencoe, Minnesota 55336.
