NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING REGARDING
THE COUNTY ROAD 74/84 TURNBACK AGREEMENT
BETWEEN McLEOD COUNTY AND
BERGEN TOWNSHIP

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners of McLeod County, Minnesota, will conduct a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 9, 2023, at the Lester Prairie City Hall, 37 Juniper Street North, Lester Prairie, Minnesota, regarding the County Road 74/84 Turnback Agreement between McLeod County and Bergen Township.
All persons interested may appear and be heard at the time and place set forth above or may file written comments with the County Administrator prior to the date of the hearing set forth above.
