Panthers come out of tough stretch with a hoops victory
After a tough stretch of several games without the rest they might have wanted, the Glencoe-Silver Lake boys’ hoops team came up with a big win Monday night, Jan. 10.
After losses to Hutchinson and Southwest Christian in the past week, the Panthers rallied and defeated Eden Valley-Watkins, 65-59, in the final game of the rescheduled finale of the holiday tournament. The win improves Glencoe-Silver Lake’s record to 8-3 overall as the Panthers prepare to start conference play.
