On the road again – Being a GSL gymnast is worth it

It’s a 12-mile drive from Stewart to Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart High School and another 23 miles from Stewart to Glencoe-Silver Lake. For GSL gymnasts Emma Peirce and Ashlyn Aydt, the daily commute to be part of the Panthers’ gymnastics team is worthwhile.
Glencoe-Silver Lake High School has a cooperative agreement with Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart to allow gymnasts from that school to compete at GSL since Buffalo Lake-Hector doesn’t offer gymnastics.
