Randy Wroge likes to joke about not needing a computer to keep track of his family's history. His 'computer' just turned 100.
Esther Wroge is the keeper of the Wroge family's history. After all, she's seen more of it than any of her children. Esther Wroge turned 100 years old Friday, Sept. 14, joining a special group of people known as who celebrated becoming centenarians.
“Mom's 100. We've got to keep her living because she's my computer,” Randy Wroge said.
The Wroge family celebrated at Grand Meadows where Esther resides.
Along with cake, the singing of “Happy Birthday to You” and plenty of good wishes for continued health, the festivities included Glencoe Mayor Randy Wilson reading a proclamation honoring Wroge ...
