As part of a routine maintenance program for its streets, Glencoe administers a crack-sealing program to keep roadways in better shape longer.
The Glencoe City Council voted Monday, June 3, to send its crack-sealing project for the year out for bids.
The bids are due June 26 for the city council to consider at its July 1 meeting. City Engineer Justin Black of SEH Inc. expects the bids will be in the neighborhood of $236,000 with the low qualified bidder expected to win the contract for the work.
The project will focus on streets the city has worked on during the past five years.
